The Downtown Redevelopment Plan was prepared using the charrette process, which included significant public engagement, heritage and cultural learning, exploration of visionary ideas and the establishment of policy, guidelines and an action plan towards the revitalization of the Downtown.

A part of the Plans’ approvals included a Pilot Project for the Entertainment District with hands-on engagement and implementation from business owners and the City.
